This page explains what information Tailor Made Video & Marketing collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

Tailor Made Video & Marketing is a video production and digital marketing agency based in Fresno, California. This policy covers this website (tailormademktg.com). Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Information we collect
Information you send us
When you use the “Request a custom quote” form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it:
- your name (required) and email address (required);
- your project type (required);
- optionally: company or organization, phone number, desired timeline, location(s), links or references, and any message;
- if you email or call us, whatever you choose to share in that message or conversation.
Please don’t put sensitive information (such as financial account numbers or health details) in the form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when pages and files are requested, such as IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser and device type, and referring page. We use this kind of information to keep the site working, secure and fast.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, scope your project and send a custom quote. We reply from info@tailormademktg.com or by phone.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs (see “Analytics and advertising” below).

Who handles information for us
- Netlify hosts this website and processes the quote form through its Netlify Forms service. Form submissions are stored in our Netlify account and an email notification of each submission is sent to info@tailormademktg.com. Netlify also keeps hosting logs.
- Google provides the analytics and advertising tags described below, and the YouTube videos on our Work page.
- Our email provider handles the messages we send and receive at info@tailormademktg.com.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share your information with other third parties except where the law requires it.
Analytics and advertising
When the site is launched we use Google’s site tag to measure visits and ad performance. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and a Google Ads tag. These tags load only on the live website, not on test or preview versions. These tools use cookies or similar technologies to recognize a browser, and they send information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions like clicking our phone number or the quote button, to Google. Google’s own policies explain how it handles data: Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on from Google (opens in a new tab), by blocking cookies in your browser settings, or by using your browser’s or device’s ad-personalization settings. Until then these tags should not be switched on for visitors who have not agreed where the law requires consent.]
Embedded videos and other third-party content
Videos on our Work page use a click-to-load design: no video is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube/Google may then collect information as described in their policies. The video on our home page is hosted on our own site. Fonts and images are also served from our own site. Links to Google Maps, Google reviews and our social media profiles take you to those services, which have their own privacy practices.
Cookies and local storage
- Theme preference: if you use the light/dark mode button, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name
tm-theme. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. - Analytics and advertising cookies: set by Google’s tags, as described above, once those are enabled.
- YouTube: may set cookies or similar data after you press play on a video.
The website itself does not set any other cookies. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and related emails only as long as we reasonably need them to respond to you, deliver services, keep business records or meet legal obligations, and then delete them. Hosting logs and analytics data are kept for the periods set by the provider. [OWNER TO CONFIRM specific periods.]
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, may give you the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose about you;
- request that we delete personal information we hold about you;
- request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell personal information; advertising tags such as Google Ads may count as “sharing” under California law once they are enabled); and
- not be treated unfairly for using these rights.

Children’s privacy
This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 for California purposes), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
